Seattle Gummy Company is pleased to announce that Dr. Connie Wan has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Washington State Corporate Counsel Section, a professional leadership body serving attorneys engaged in corporate and in-house legal practice throughout Washington State.
The appointment recognizes Dr. Wan’s extensive experience at the intersection of law, science, business, and innovation. As an attorney, scientist, and corporate executive, Dr. Wan has advised and led organizations on matters involving intellectual property, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, product development, and strategic business operations.
The Corporate Counsel Section provides a forum for members of the legal profession to address emerging issues affecting corporations and their counsel, promote professional education, and strengthen collaboration among attorneys serving businesses across a wide range of industries.
As a member of the Executive Committee, Dr. Wan will contribute to the Section’s leadership, programming, and professional initiatives, drawing on her experience both as outside legal counsel and as a senior corporate executive responsible for legal, regulatory, intellectual property, and business matters.
